Spam Police USA is the office charged with enforcing best practices amongst companies doing business online.
If you feel you have received spam, please follow these steps before filing an official report.

Step 1:  Click on the opt-out link in the offending e-mail you have received.
If you continue to receive e-mails from that company after 72 hours, continue to Step 2.

Step 2: Click here
to file an official report to Spam Police USA.
This will launch a full investigation by Spam Police USA staff.
A report will be sent to you upon completion of the investigation.

Note: It is mandatory that you complete Steps 1 before filing an official report in Step 2. A legitimate company will have a working opt-out link at the bottom of the e-mail and all e-mail must stop within 10 days,
in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
